Here's Chucky!

The weather has warmed up a little bit and with warmer weather, more aminals come out of hiding! This am Chucky, the woodchuck that lives a'hind my house. He plays with another woodchuck that lives up the hill. One afternoon while enjoying the sun and good fresh air on the deck, I heard an unusual sound. It was like something big scrambling in a pile of leaves and then a scream. But it wasn't a bean or a cat...though, it did sorta sound like a cat. It was Chucky and his friend! They were fighting!!
Mommy and I saw the whole thing! They came rolling down the hill and they were hitting each other and biting and yelling! Chucky's friend was the one doing all the yelling. He am said, "Get away from me! This is my territory and you're not allowed here!" I thought that was fresh of him to say something like that to his friend. But, Chucky obeyed and came home to his house. Oh...his house am our old shed. Mommy says I should never go up there a'cause Chucky might get mad.
Well they must have made up or somethin' a'cause I sawed them the other day running and playing in the woods a'hind my house.
Chucky was being bold today. He decided to taste the greens on the other side of our house. Him am all way close to the monsters with wheels that live in our driveway! There are some tasty things over by that garden though...that's where he headed when he was done snacking on the grass.
