Winter Inspection

The weather was nice today so I decided it was time to check on the plants in the backyard to make sure they were ready for the winter. This one in the photo seems to be ok. It smells real good and has even collected some leaves! I chewed on one. It didn't taste too good.

Mommy said the side gardens that she tends to were ready for inspection so I walked over there with her. I did a quick check and approved of her garden grooming. She had taken off all the old leaves and branches and stuff. Her Daddy, my Grampa, would have been proud to see her taking care of his gardens.

I don't like the side of the house a'cause I can see the monsters with wheels going up and down the street. It's noisy. I prefer the backyard where I can enjoy the deck and sniff the good air without distractions from those monsters with wheels.
