Fresh Air!
I got to visit the backyard this afternoon. It was very chilly but I didn't mind too much. I was pretending to be a raccoon! I made my hair all big, hunched my back and put my head to the ground and was walking around all fast. Mommy laughed at me a'cause she said that it looked like she was walking a raccoon! LOL!!
After a quick tour of the yard, I settled down on the deck to take in the view. Mommy helps me get up real high on the railing and I can see far away! My favorite view is the big tree in the backyard that lost all it's leaves. Here's a picture:
Winter Tree
Sometimes you can see birdies sitting in the tree or even a squirrel! Today, there were two mourning doves sitting up there and they were crying that sorrowful song. The poor things!

I bet you did that because you were all cold. I fluff up when I'm cold even though it never gets really cold here in Hawaii. ~Shadow
Yeah, I was all cold but I didn't mind too much...just fluffed my fur and sniffed that good fresh air!
