Pesky Robbers!

I've been busy with my wildlife watches. I like to keep my attention on the front window where the bush is starting to turn colors...

I must say that the squirrels are ruining it for everyone! They have stolen all of the birdies' food and now they're burying their nuts in the garden! They're wicked fresh too! When I chitter at them, they look up at me and wrinkle their little noses in the air. Then they go back to their work! Fresh I tell you, FRESH!

Mommy thought it would be a good idea to put out some cracked corn for them to keep them from eating out of the bird feeder. Jimmy may have cracked the corn but those squirrels don't care!! They ate the corn and the seed! I dunno what to make of these pesky critters! Today when I looked out the window, all the sparrows were eating on the front lawn and the squirrels were running though the middle of the group making them flutter up in the air. I will admit, that was exciting for me to see but I also feel that the squirrels need to find something else better to do.
